No. Rent payments are made off the app. We make it easy for you to display the account details you provided during registration to your tenants so they can pay their rent directly into the same account as they do now. In addition, upon receiving a payment, simply log it in the app. Alternatively, tenants can report their payments via the TELAH resident app, and once verified by you, a receipt will be instantly generated for efficient record-keeping.

You only pay for what you use on TELAH. The subscription cost is based on the number of units registered on the app. Each unit registration costs N550 per month or N6600 annually.

We advise that the property unit should be deactivated by simply going to the unit dashboard, tap on the more button at the top right corner to display the menu options then tap on Deactivate Unit.

Yes, it is possible with TELAH. Through the TELAH switch billing cycle feature, you can change your plan from annual to monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or even weekly, as the case may be.

No, tenants are not required to pay to accept invitations on the TELAH resident app.
